Each year, REM Associates presents a one day seminar at the Executive Management Course for the National Paper Trade Association (NPTA). We will be posting the presentation, and case analysis questions and answers here after the seminar.
This years presenter will be Robert E. Murray Jr.
ROBERT E. MURRAY JR. “Rob” is Vice President of Operations of REM Associates. He has been involved with numerous projects with NPTA and related distributors. He is experienced in manufacturing resource planning, production planning, strategic implementations, activity based costing models, purchasing and inventory management studies, and facilities design and layout. Mr. Murray was sales and marketing manager for 10 years for a retailing firm with responsibilities including customer service, product marketing, inventory management, purchasing, and general business analysis. Mr. Murray has over 15 years experience with operations, purchasing, and inventory management. Mr. Murray also has numerous technical abilities in telecommunications management and computer operations. He designs, maintains, and develops eCommerce systems, as well as programs Web applications. He earned a Bachelors Degree in Finance from The College of New Jersey and an M.B.A. from Rider University. He is a member of the Council of Logistics Management and the Warehousing Education and Research Council.
